month: October 2009

Well where should I start with my story of Autumn and Brian’s wedding?  Should I tell you about the weather and how nice and cool it was, just perfect for an outside wedding?  Should I tell you about the bride’s dress and how it had the look of a Greek goddess or the center pieces that were were designed by a friend of the family and made from gourds… or should I tell you how I got to go to Victoria Secret to watch the bride pick out her underwear for her special day?  Wanna guess which one I liked… lol.  It was an on going joke through out the day.

All kidding aside it was an incredible day for their wedding.  I met the girls at 9:30 that morning at Posh Salon followed the girls to the mall then to the brides house where she did her make up.  The bride asked me if I could photoshop out her tattoo which was kind of ironic cause I had just met Jacquelyn Hust who does tattoo cover up. So I was happy I was able to help the bride out with that connection. The ceremony and reception wee both held out at the Bauerhaus. The day had been little windy and cloudy but just before the ceremony started the clouds lightened up and the wind died down. Couldn’t have asked for better timing.  The sun cover the end of the ceremony with that perfect warm evening sun and set just as we finished the portraits of the bride and groom. Then it was on the to the party.
