month: October 2007

In case you didn’t know. ITs been awhile since any thunderstorm, that I can see form my house, has produced lightning like this. So I thought I would get out my large metal tripod and my computerized camera, and take some pics. I shot a few from the door of my studio then I go brave and went across the street to my neigbors yard where I could really see what was going on.

Felt more like summer fest to me. Anyway I've put on about 20 pounds.
I've had all the fried food I want for awhile.

Well I my history anyway. Saturday I had a wedding in Madisonville and it was a blast. Not that all my weddings aren’t. This one was a photographers dream. It took place at Ruby Lodge, which was a bed and breakfast and had some awesome places for photos. This was one of the first weddings where I enjoyed shooting indoors more than out. My Bride and Groom, Tara and David, were so much fun and so laid back. Tara is so comfortable in front of the camera. Well if she isn’t she hides it well. Anyway Just wanted to finially share some of these images with you all.

This is the room where the girls got ready. There was such wonderful light coming throught the window. The cool thing is the tent where the reception took place was just in back of the hosue so it was bouncing the softest light into almost everyroom in the house.

Dad held it together alot better than I thought he would. After I shot this image I really didn’t think he was going to make it through the ceremony but he did quite well.

Every room in this place had such awesome color and light. Now you see why I enjoyed shooting indoors.

GGGGrrrrrr baby. Sorry had to say it.

Then on Sunday. One of my berst friends and his wife baptised there first born. So now 2 out of 3 of my best friends is a parent. 1 left… and it isn’t me.

Here is a slideshow of the wedding I posted above. I found a new program and wanted to try it out.
